Return Policy:

If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, our risk-free return policy allows you to return your items unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.

To get your return started, please email customercare@lolablankets.com and one of our team members will need to verify:

  1. The reason for the return
  2. Confirmation that the package has not been opened

We will then send over a return label for you to send your item back to us.

Upon successful return, please be advised that an estimated $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
